Did you know wild fermented wines can basically be called a tincture? These fermented wines have medicinal properties. Today's wines use 20+ chemicals in its process, yet only sulfates are required to be disclosed on the label. Wild fermented wine, however, has no additional chemicals in it yet it is beaming with probiotic beneficial organisms. This class demonstrates making wine at home.
